Serving Wheeler’s own Merimbula Lake oysters, the farm to plate experience comes full circle within the architecture of reclaimed wharf timber, high ceilings and stunning coastal bush surrounds. On a sunny afternoon you can perch on a barstool at the alfresco Oyster Bar for a cocktail, some freshly shucked oysters and a view of the leases they came from.

 

An extensive hand-picked beverage menu features contemporary and classic cocktails made with liqueurs from the region’s distilleries and an extensive list of wines from award-winning Australian and international vineyards. Our beer and cider list caters for old habits while featuring locally brewed craft beer.
